In the United States we are slowly embracing the 21 Century Skills that require students to be taught creativity and innovation. There are companies now that pay individuals to solve problems. The individual simply signs up online and becomes a change agent for any company around the world that has a problems. Of course in order to solve a company's problem it is going to require both creativity and innovation.
